FAQ

We can provide you with a new kitchen in Tauranga

Thank you for considering Facelift Kitchens to give your kitchen a “Facelift”. To ensure that we make the process as easy and stress free as possible we have put together a list of questions we are often asked. In that way you can feel comfortable about how we work.

If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes we do. We understand that giving your kitchen a Facelift is an investment in the value of your home and as such treat our work with the same level of importance.
What if I need a plumber or an electrician?
As part of our service we are happy to organise this for you. We have a couple of trusted tradesmen that we use regularly. We do not charge you for this service and the selected tradesman will either charge you directly or we can include this in our quote. Alternatively we are happy for you to organise your own.
Does your quote include installation?
Unless otherwise stated in the quote our price includes all the installation and materials used to install your Facelifted kitchen.
What if I want to change something?
Just give us a call and ask. In some cases we may need to modify something and this may incur an additional charge. We promise to give you a fair estimate of these costs and pro’s and con’s so that you can make an educated decision.
When do I pay?
When we agree on what you wish to have done and the costs, we will get started. We require a minimum 30% deposit on signing the start order and the remainder upon completion (unless otherwise agreed to).
How long have you been in business?
Facelift Kitchens has been operating for over 7 years. Mark Davis (the boss man) is a fussy bugger when it comes to quality workmanship. Mark has mastered the art of transforming and bringing back to life kitchens in need.

All the Facelift team understand the investment you are making into your kitchen and all strive to produce a quality well valued product.

Testimonial:

Mark had previously completed a kitchen makeover for my parents, therefore we knew the quality of his workmanship and we contacted him for availability and a quote.

We originally had a two week overlap between homes and needed part of the kitchen in the new house remodelled to house our large double fridge and a new arrangement of appliances, prior to moving in, (having just finished a major renovation of the house we had just sold I was over living in a construction zone and didn't want to live in one again so soon).

I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve with the kitchen by combining the old with the new. Mark saw my concept and managed to reuse as much of the original cabinetry as possible and with his added innovation we achieved this with a fantastic result well within the budget and tight time frames we had.

On moving day (which was brought forward by our purchaser by a week) the new cabinets were in place and the fridge was slotted into its new home. A few days later our new Stonex benches were installed with the glass splash back following a week later.

Mark made our move that much less stressful and we are very grateful for the speed, ease and quality of our remodelled kitchen, which now looks as modern as those in any new show home.
